Kaiser Care Essentials
Kaiser Permanente hasn’t spent much time on Hawthorne lately or they wouldn’t have placed a dog fountain in front of their new Care Essentials, at least not without a people fountain.
Unfortunately, due to Portland’s ongoing neglect of the homeless, Hawthorne has more homeless residents than dogs.
So, knowing what I know about privatized health insurance, I tried to fix the sign for them:
